I have trouble feeling grateful, what can I do?
If we've never actively practiced gratitude before then of course this will occur.
This is what I suggest:
1) Take your palms and place them on your heart, focus on your heartbeat and try to be grateful from that place.
2)Don't try to be logical about step 1. Let everything now build from this.
3)Always ask what's the gift in a situation, even if it's not good.
4)Stack good feeling memories. Stack good memories and moments in your mind and let it flow to you.
5)Think of different life areas to be grateful for. If you've been only focused on health, then try family. If you've been only focused on family, then try utilities such as electricity and water. Remember there's ALWAYS something to feel grateful for.
