When I was meditating and visualizing, suddenly a fear thought popped up and I freaked out. Is there a way to work on fear based thoughts?
- If you think a negative thought once, it really doesn't matter, what makes the difference is if you think about that thought most of the time.
- We're only humans and it's natural to experience fearful thoughts
- It's more about the average you're doing on a monthly basis. Ensure the over all average is positive thoughts.
- However if there's a trigger that shows up over and over, then write it down and work with it through memory flipping.
